The original wiring was all knob and tube but the additions over the last 80 years are questionable.  All to be replaced.

We swapped the placement of the window and door.

Just about every ceiling joist on the original house has sagged differently.  We had to sister 2x4s and/or 2x6s across the entire first floor to level out the ceilings.
